They always made sure everything was ok with your stay. The food at Gino’s was top notch, as was the service. The view from my room was spectacular; a view of the Tyne and bridges. Great Location.

The bed and linens were great as were the nice big fluffy towels. Location was good and they had parking included and to top it off, they had a lift.

Great warm welcome, excellent breakfast, bar and diner, superb location in Otterburn with private grounds (with pond) and homing a badger family was a big bonus. The fact that they work together with the wildlife protection makes it a dream place to stay. Other then that we also loved the wallpaper (birds) in our room.

The waited for us until midnight, we had a problem with the trains because there was a strike and we had to change the time of our check in, and they waited for us.

Very nice decoration, Staff was super friendly, breakfast was delicious, I ate at the restaurant and the food was great. On one morning breakfast one staff member told me my boots were gorgeous and it totally made my day!! I loved the little robot that delivers the food, it is super cute.

Located next to the Stadium of Light, the home of Sunderland Football Club, Hilton Garden Inn is situated 15 minutes' walk from Sunderland city centre and 5 minutes' drive from the sandy beaches of... the breakfast was fantastics and the staff were very polite and welcoming. I also like the fitness center that was well equipped, well light and comfortable. The access to the rooms was also very very good
